针对我国多泥沙河流上水电站水轮机过流部件的磨损问题,在Fe/WC喷涂材料中添加一定量的纳米级WC、Ni、CeO2粉体,采用亚音速火焰喷涂技术在Q235基体上制备涂层,利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及能谱仪等设备进行显微组织观察、物相及微区成分分析,探讨纳米粉体对喷涂层显微组织的影响。结果表明,适量的纳米粉体可以细化涂层组织,改善涂层组织形态,减少涂层中的孔隙,提高涂层的致密性,增强涂层的冶金结合。
Aiming at the abrasion problem of overcurrent components of turbines in the Dashahehe Hydropower Station in our country, a certain amount of nano-sized WC, Ni and CeO2 powders were added to the Fe / WC coating materials and the substructure of Q235 matrix was prepared by subsonic flame spraying The effects of nano-powder on the microstructure of the sprayed coatings were investigated by means of optical microscopy, electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the appropriate amount of nano-powder can refine the coating structure, improve the morphology of the coating, reduce the porosity in the coating, improve the densification of the coating and enhance the metallurgical bonding of the coating.
