本文介绍了X射线定量分析的最新方法——能量色散X射线衍射法,该方法分析速度极快,和通用的X射线衍射法相比可提高十倍,而分析精度不减。如果使用该方法进行物相鉴定,只需1分钟就可以得出被测物质的全部衍射花样。
In this paper, the latest method of quantitative X-ray analysis, energy dispersive X-ray diffraction, is introduced in this paper. The method is very fast and can be up to 10 times faster than conventional X-ray diffraction. If you use this method for phase identification, it takes only 1 minute to derive the complete diffraction pattern of the material under test.
