目的:建立HPLC同时测定肝尔舒微丸中的槲皮素、山奈素和异鼠李素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HederaODS-2柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相0.4%磷酸溶液(A)-甲醇(B)梯度洗脱,检测波长360 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果槲皮素、山奈素和异鼠李素分别在0.042 8~0.428,0.003 49~0.034 9,0.041 8~0.418μg呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.999 8,0.999 1,0.999 2;平均加样回收率槲皮素99.88%,RSD 0.77%(n=6);山奈素为99.44%,RSD 1.2%;异鼠李素为97.50%,RSD 1.5%(n=6)。结论:该法结果准确,重复性好,可用于肝尔舒微丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in liver er Shu pellets. METHODS: The chromatographic column was eluted with gradient elution of Hedera ODS-2 (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) and mobile phase of 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (A) -methanol (B). The detection wavelength was 360 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL · min- Column temperature 30 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship between quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin at 0.042 8 ~ 0.428,0.003 49 ~ 0.034 9,0.041 8 ~ 0.418μg, r were 0.999 8,0.999 1,0.999 2 respectively; The recovery rate of quercetin was 99.88%, RSD was 0.77% (n = 6); kaempferol was 99.44%, RSD was 1.2%; isorhamnetin was 97.50%, RSD was 1.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of liver er Shu pellets.
