近年剖宫产率不断升高,剖宫产并发症也越来越多见,其中以剖宫产后子宫切口愈合不良后果最为严重,特别是在基层医院,极易导致医疗纠纷。文章结合多年实践认为,大致可以从以下几方面防范由此所致的医疗纠纷:提高对本病的认识,善于及早发现本病;知晓本病的病因,与患者及家属进行有效沟通;及时有效地治疗本病,化解医疗纠纷;积极联系会诊和转诊,消除患者的信任缺失。
