第五工程处对插入式震捣器进行了三项革新: 1.将震捣棒方形销子改为燕尾式销子,克服过去方形销子和销孔容易造成磨圆而打滑的缺陷,使震动棒震动力正常。此项改革已经在有关部门推广。 2.震捣棒软轴折断后采用铜焊新生,软轴经铜焊后无钢丝脱离现象,使用正常。
The Fifth Engineering Department carried out three innovations for the plug-in shocker: 1. Changed the shock-stick square pin to a dovetail pin to overcome the defects that the square pin and pin hole could easily cause roundness and slippage. The vibrator has normal vibration. This reform has been promoted in relevant departments. 2. Braze rods are broken after the flexible shaft is broken. There is no wire detachment after the flexible shaft is brazed and the use is normal.
