目的调查了解当前糖尿病患者牙科焦虑的状况,并对相关因素进行分析。方法使用Corah’s牙科焦虑量表(DAS)以及访谈法对123名糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 (1)123名研究对象DAS得分的平均值为(9.05±3.09)分,得分最高分为18分,最低为4分,牙科焦虑症的发病率为11.4%;(2)DA发病率在性别和是否有牙科治疗史方面比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)年龄、学历不同的糖尿病患者DA发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者总的牙科焦虑状况并不严重,发病率相对较低,但存在对牙科治疗高度焦虑的患者;牙科焦虑症多见于女性和没有过牙科治疗史的患者。
Objective To investigate the current status of dental anxiety in diabetic patients and to analyze the related factors. Methods 123 diabetic patients were investigated using Corah’s Dental Anxiety Scale (DAS) and interviews. Results (1) The mean of DAS score was (9.05 ± 3.09) in 123 subjects, with the highest score of 18 points and the lowest score of 4 points. The incidence of dental anxiety was 11.4%. (2) The incidence of DA was (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in the incidence of DA among diabetic patients with different ages and qualifications (P> 0.05). Conclusion The total dental anxiety in diabetic patients is not serious, the incidence is relatively low, but there is a high degree of anxiety in patients with dental treatment; dental anxiety more common in women and no history of dental treatment in patients.
