初任教师处于教师专业发展的关键期,研究发现在其职业适应阶段主要面临着以下三个方面的问题:教学的困境、人际关系的难题和班级管理的困惑。本文对产生这些问题的根源进行了深入分析,论证了由此产生的一系列矛盾和冲突:即客观方面职前师范教育理论与实践脱离、在职培训与实际工作的矛盾、主观层次的理想与现实的矛盾、自身的个性品质与职业要求的矛盾。要解决这些矛盾,需要在职前培训时注重实践的锻炼,充分发挥校本培训的积极作用。而对于教师自身来说,明确自我定位、主动融入学校文化氛围是最紧迫的课题。
The initial teacher is in the critical period of professional development of teachers. The study finds that in the stage of vocational adaptation, it is mainly faced with the following three problems: the dilemma of teaching, the problems of interpersonal relationship and the confusion of class management. This article has carried on the thorough analysis to the root causes of these problems, and demonstrated the resulting series of contradictions and conflicts: the objective aspects of pre-service teacher education theory and practice of separation, on-the-job training and practical work contradictions, subjective ideals and reality The contradiction between their own personality and professional requirements of the conflict. To solve these contradictions, we should pay attention to practical training during pre-service training and give full play to the active role of school-based training. For teachers themselves, a clear self-positioning, take the initiative to integrate into the school culture is the most pressing issue.
