艺术类高校的科研管理水平制约科研的发展,而科研经费管理作为科研管理工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到资源能否实现合理配置。近年来,随着艺术类高校科研经费的逐年增加,艺术类高校在迎来发展机遇的同时,面临着较高的科研经费管理要求与相对滞后的科研管理水平的矛盾。从政策的视角,分析艺术类高校科研经费管理现状,发现科研经费管理中存在的问题,并据此提供改进建议。
The level of scientific research management in arts colleges and universities restricts the development of scientific research. As an important part of scientific research management, research funding management is directly related to the rational allocation of resources. In recent years, with the increase of scientific research funding for art colleges and universities, art colleges and universities are facing the development opportunities, while facing the contradiction between higher research funding requirements and the relative backwardness of scientific research and management. From the perspective of policy, this paper analyzes the status quo of research funding management of art colleges and universities, finds problems in the management of research funding, and provides suggestions for improvement accordingly.
