应用AOH作用体外培养的人胎儿食管上皮组织24h,继续培养一周后,四例胎儿的食管上皮组织均表现基底层细胞增厚,达7~8层,是空白对照的2~3倍,细胞排列紧密紊乱,胞核增大,不规则且浓染,可见双核仁,并呈乳头状内生性增生,在固有层及粘膜下层形成上皮细胞团。用甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)处理人胎食管上皮,上皮组织亦增生;而溶剂对照组无明显改变。本实验结果提示AOH对人胎儿食管上皮具诱变作用,为AOH与人食管癌的关系提供了客观依据。
After 24 hours of human fetal esophageal epithelial tissue cultured with AOH, the esophageal epithelial tissues of all four cases showed thickening of the basal cells, reaching 7 to 8 layers, 2 to 3 times that of the blank control. Close disorder, increased nuclei, irregular and densely stained, visible double nucleoli, and papillary hyperplasia, epithelial cell mass formed in the lamina propria and submucosa. Human fetal esophageal epithelium was treated with methylnitrosoguanidine (MNNG), and the epithelial tissue also proliferated. There was no significant change in the solvent control group. The results of this experiment suggest that AOH has mutagenic effects on human fetal esophageal epithelium, providing an objective basis for the relationship between AOH and human esophageal cancer.
