消费建立于收入基础之上,消费的规模取决于收入的多少,收入的多少又受制于其投资规模,而投资规模则体现于积累能力的大小。因此,收入、消费和积累三者之间形成一个循环系统,对这个系统起调节作用的法码就是经济发展状况的收入水平,即积累投资能力。本文试图通过对贵州黔南、黔东南、黔西南3个民族自治州收入、消费和积累的分析,探讨民族地区增强农村经济后劲、振兴民族经济的有效途径。为此,我们系统地观能够代表贵州3个自治州农村经济发展水平的7475个农户(39898人)进行了定点追踪调查与分析。
Consumption is based on income. The scale of consumption depends on the amount of income, the amount of income and the amount of income that is subject to the size of its investment, and the amount of investment is reflected in its ability to accumulate. Therefore, the formation of a circular system between income, consumption and accumulation, the regulatory code of the system is the income level of economic development, that is, the accumulation of investment ability. This paper attempts to analyze the income, consumption and accumulation of the three autonomous prefectures in Qiannan, Qiandongnan and Qianxinan counties in Guizhou province to explore the effective ways for the ethnic minority areas to enhance the rural economy stamina and revitalize the national economy. To this end, we systematically surveyed and analyzed 7475 farmers (39898 people) representing the level of rural economic development in three autonomous prefectures in Guizhou.
