第一章总则第一条本会定名为中国药学会。第二条本会宗旨,在促成全国药学工作者大团结,从事药学研究,交流经验,提高技术水平,为新民主主义文化经济建设服务。第三条本会受中华全国自然科学专门学会联合会(简称科联)的领导,定期向科联报告工作,并得通过科联与其他专门学会及政府有关部门取得联击与指导。第四条本会会址设于首都所在地。第五条本会得在各地设立分会。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Society is named as the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. Article 2 The purposes of this Council are to bring about great unity among pharmacy workers throughout the country, engage in pharmaceutical research, exchange experiences, raise their technical level and serve the new democratic cultural and economic construction. Article 3 The Association shall be under the leadership of the Federation of Natural Science Societies of China (referred to as “CLC”) for reporting on a regular basis to the CLC and may obtain joint battles and guidance with other specialized societies and relevant government departments through the CLC. Article fourth of the venue is located in the capital. Article 5 This Council shall set up chapters in various places.
