通过对驰张筛筛板试验测试与数值分析,优化了外国学者提出的弛张筛筛板简化几何模型,推导出振动弛张筛筛面动力学计算公式,分析了物料在弹性挠曲筛板上的运动规律,并揭示了振动弛张筛具有极高筛分效率的原因。提出可以用来表征振动弛张筛筛面振动强度的参数CV,分析了振动弛张筛筛框相对振幅、筛板预装长度及筛机激振频率对筛面振动强度的影响,以及振动强度与筛面振幅的关系。优化了筛板预装长度与筛板原长的比例,为振动弛张筛的设计与改进提供了理论基础。
