词汇教学是初中英语教学的重要环节,国家教育部门规定初中英语教师要在学生初中毕业以前至少引导学生掌握1200个英语词汇。当前部分初中英语学生的英语词汇习得策略出现偏差,导致学生学习英语词汇的速度慢,因此初中英语教师要在教学中帮助学生纠正错误的词汇习得策略,提高学生词汇习得的效率。一、纠偏学生的词汇记忆观念据调查,很多初中学生对吸收英语单词方法的理解为:学习英语词汇就是要靠背诵,不背诵就不能记忆英语词汇。如果学生把背诵英语词汇当作学习的任务,把大量的学习精力花费在重复背诵英语词汇上,就会觉得学习英语知识
