1994年3月21日,在英国普勒斯顿(Preston)的兰开夏中心大学兰开夏商学院(Lancashire)召开了中国会计与财务管理研讨会,会议由该院财会系组织召集。参加会议的中外会计学者共计63人,其中有从英国各大学来参加会议的中国旅英会计留学生及访问学者,有英国的会计教授及专家学者;还有从澳大利亚、加拿大、美国、香港等地来参加会议的会计教授及专家学者。专程从中国上海财经大学赶来的校长汤云
On March 21, 1994, a seminar on Accounting and Financial Management in China was held in Lancashire, Lancashire Central University, Preston, United Kingdom, convened by the Finance Department of the Institute.
