人权保护与人权概念,观念一样不是从来就有的,而是随着人类文明的产生而产生;随着人类文明的发展而发展;随着人类文明的变化而变化。从发展趋势上看无论是人权概念,观念中的人性,理性,科学性,还是人权保护的手段和范围越来越具有人性,理性和科学性。人类的生存和发展环境,人的全面发展程度;人与人;人与自然之间的关系及其整个人类社会运转状况,机理机制,逐渐呈现出和谐充满希望,整个人类社会将更加文明。
Human rights protection, like human rights concepts and concepts, is not always present, but arises with the emergence of human civilization.
