研究的拟丁氏蕨( Paratingia)和拟丁氏蕨穗( Paratingiostachya) 标本采自中国内蒙古乌达地区早二叠世早期山西组,包括大同拟丁氏蕨( Paratingia dotongensis Zhang) 和华夏拟丁氏蕨穗( 新属、新种)( Paratingiostachya cathaysianagen.etsp.nov.) 。2 块属于拟丁氏蕨穗的标本与拟丁氏蕨的标本很好地保存在一起,表明两者关系密切,因此,Paratingiostachya cathaysiana gen .etsp.nov.可能代表了Paratingia datongensis Zhang 的繁殖器官。华夏拟丁氏蕨穗的发现,将为研究拟丁氏蕨的地理分布、分类和演化提供重要的证据。
The Paratingia and Paratingiostachya specimens were collected from the Early Permian Shanxi Formation in the Wuda area of Inner Mongolia, China, including Paratingia dotongensis Zhang and Huaxia asparagus Fern spike (new genus, new species) (Paratingiostachya cathaysianagen.etsp.nov.). Two specimens belonging to the ferruginous fern and the specimens of the ferruginous fern well preserved together, indicating that the two are closely related. Therefore, Paratingiostachya cathaysiana gen. etsp. nov May represent the reproductive organs of Paratingia datongensis Zhang. The discovery of Chinese fern bermudagrass will provide important evidences for studying the geographical distribution, classification and evolution of the Chinese fern bermudagrass.
