我国70年代开始用柞蚕作为赤眼蜂的繁殖寄主,进行人工繁殖赤眼蜂。进人90年代,吉林农业大学等研制出工厂化大批且生产赤眼蜂的工艺流程,建立了大规模赤眼蜂繁殖企业,仅吉林农业大学即可年产450亿头赤眼蜂;同时建立了稳定的推广供应体系,并且在玉米上应用面积已达到每年133万公顷。现介绍应用赤眼蜂防治玉米螟的技术。 选用优势蜂种 对玉米螟卵寄生率高、适用性好的蜂种是松毛虫赤眼蜂,浙江农业大学、吉林农业大学现又筛选出高效寄生亚洲玉米螟的优势地理种群且用于生产。 放蜂时间的确定 结合各地玉米螟的预测预报工作,参考历年玉米螟发生危害的调查数据和当地气象资料,
