已对大量的大型柴油机的使用制订了废气排放极限值,并要求在短期内实现。针对这种情况,Bosch公司对柴油机喷油装置的发展提出了两个主要要求,即进一步提高喷油系统中的压力水平及自由选定供油始点。高压喷射的实现基本上是一个机械问题,即要涉及喷射系统的结构、材料和热处理加工问题。而供油始点的任意控制只有借助于电子装置才能解决。因此,即使在大型柴油机上也已开始采用电控喷油系统。
Emissions limits have been established for the use of a large number of large diesel engines and are required to be achieved in the short term. In response to this situation, Bosch has proposed two major requirements for the development of diesel fuel injectors: to further increase the pressure level in the fuel injection system and the free choice of fueling start. The realization of high-pressure injection is basically a mechanical problem that involves the structure of the injection system, materials and heat treatment problems. The beginning of the oil supply any control can only be resolved by means of electronic devices. Therefore, even in large diesel engines have also begun to use electronic fuel injection system.
