目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10水平的变化及其在急性加重期中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测22例COPD急性加重期患者与20例缓解期患者的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果:COPD急性加重期TNF-α、IL-8水平均明显高于缓解期(P<0.05),而IL-10水平则明显低于缓解期(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10参与COPD患者气道炎症反应,可能与疾病的严重程度有关,可作为判断预后的辅助指标,并为临床疗效评估提供一定的依据。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-10 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and their role in acute exacerbations. Methods: Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 22 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD and 20 patients with remission Interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels. Results: The levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in acute exacerbation of COPD were significantly higher than those in remission (P <0.05), while the levels of IL-10 in remission were significantly lower than those in remission (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-10 are involved in airway inflammatory reaction in patients with COPD, which may be related to the severity of the disease. They may be used as auxiliary indicators in predicting prognosis and provide a basis for clinical evaluation.
