目的:研究新型亚苄基环戊酮化合物P2介导的PDT(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)对临床分离的耐氟康唑白念珠菌及其生物被膜的影响,为探索PDT抗耐药真菌感染提供实验依据。方法:(1)将临床分离的耐氟康唑白念珠菌配制成浓度为2×10~6 CFU/ml的菌悬液,将光敏剂P2按不同浓度与菌悬液等体积混匀后避光孵育30 min,用波长532 nm、功率密度40 mW/cm~2的激光照射15 min进行PDT处理,另设空白
