针对世界各地不同的隧道地质和水文特点,开发了不同类型和原理的施工设备,持续的研发使隧道施工水平不断提高。当今的盾构技术已经能够处理水压达到15bar的不稳定工作面。本文主要介绍隧道机械化施工技术在经济性和环保方面具有的优势,并提出项目设备最新投入可能的观点,还重点论述了为解决当今某些特殊的工程条件,在设备上开展的创新和设计方法。
In view of the different geological and hydrological characteristics of tunnels in different parts of the world, different types and principles of construction equipment have been developed. Continued research and development have led to the continuous improvement of tunnel construction. Today’s shield technology has been able to handle unstable working surfaces with water pressures up to 15 bar. This paper mainly introduces the advantages of tunnel mechanization construction technology in economy and environmental protection, and puts forward the viewpoints of the latest investment of project equipment. It also focuses on the innovation and design method of equipment in order to solve some special engineering conditions today .
