重轨是鞍钢的重点品种之一。自1953年生产43公斤/米重轨以来,产品质量不断提高,1982年被评为冶金部优质产品。为了提高重轨质量,重点解决了重轨坯缩孔与内裂,重轨坯和重轨裂纹和结疤问题,并对重轨钢质进行净化,实现重轨的超声波探伤检查。提高重轨质量关键在于改进炼钢浇铸工艺,并应选择最佳的均热、加热和轧制制度。应加速研制和生产高硅重轨,并应加快研制≥110公斤/毫米~2高强度耐磨钢轨和≥60公斤/米重轨。
Heavy rail is one of the key varieties of Ansteel.
