习总书记指出中华优秀传统文化是社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉,要结合时代条件传承弘扬优秀传统文化;同时要借鉴各国人民创造的优秀文艺以繁荣社会主义文艺。这为如何弘扬核心价值观指明了方向。作为传统文化核心的儒学能为弘扬核心价值观发挥积极作用,但其封建思想残余的消极影响同时存在。西方现代文化能帮助消除儒学封建思想残余,但它也存在自身难以克服的弊端。学习现代文化时必须剔除其糟粕,只吸收符合核心价值观的因子。
General Secretary Xi pointed out that excellent Chinese traditional culture is an important source of the core values of socialism and it is necessary to carry forward the fine traditional culture in light of the conditions of the times. At the same time, it is necessary to learn from the excellent literature and art created by the people of all countries so as to prosper the socialist literature and art. This pointed out the direction for how to carry forward the core values. Confucianism, as the core of traditional culture, can play an active role in promoting the core values. However, the negative influence of the remnants of feudalism exists at the same time. Western modern culture can help to eliminate the remnants of Confucianism feudalism, but it also has its own drawbacks that can not be overcome. Learning modern culture must eliminate its dross and absorb only those factors that meet the core values.
