With the development of technology and the increasing demand of individual consumers, mass customization has gradually become one of the most popular modes of production in the world. This paper discusses the background, foundation and advantages of mass customization in real estate development. It also puts forward the implementation strategies and ideas of mass customization development from the aspects of modular design, business process reengineering, supply chain and information system.
