积极探索理论教学与实践教学“一体化”道路,针对每一个学生的学习情况从不同角度、用不同方法加以指导,以满足不同层次的学生对知识的需求,使之成为社会发展需求的高素质技能型人才。本文着重论述焊工实训课程改革过程中所遇到的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。
