日前,河南省住房和城乡建设厅和公安厅组织制定了《河南省城市道路路内停车泊位设置导则(试行)》。要求各地路内停车泊位设置坚持“配建停车为主,路外公共停车为辅,路内公共停车为补充”的总体发展思想。近期在不影响城市交通的前提下,尽量满足停车需求,远期实现总量控制,降低其在城市停车泊位总量中的比例,尤其是在公共停车泊位总量中的比例。路内停车泊位的设置遵循
Recently, Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Public Security Agency formulated the Guidelines on Setting Parking Spaces for Urban Roads in Henan Province (for Trial Implementation). All local parking berths are required to adhere to the overall development concept of “building a parking-based system supplemented by a public parking system and public parking as a supplement.” In the near future, without prejudice to urban transport, we will try our best to meet the needs of parking and achieve total control in the long run. We will reduce the proportion of parking spaces in urban areas, especially the proportion of public parking spaces. The setting of parking on the road follows
