为系统介绍产权制度改革和产权市场建设的基础理论和基本知识,《产权导刊》从本期开始开辟专家专栏,连续发表专家的研究文章。今后,我们将根据需要,开辟新的专家专栏。本期专栏作者李纪,早年插队务农,做过矿工。理工科学士、经济学研究生、美国工商管理硕士。1982年大学毕业开始从事技术研究,有多项科研成果和多篇理论著述,形成了独到的学术观点;1986年,转入企业管理领域,围绕着企业核心竞争力的形成与发展。进行了卓有成效的实践与研究。1994年,投身资本市场,潜心于企业并购和上市的实际操作。2001年,进入国际资本市场融资并在国内开设资本市场专栏,发表各种资本市场专题评论30余篇,在比较研究了证券与产权市场后,提出了建立全国统一的产权市场的研究报告,现任香港永信国际投资公司董事、总经理,中国管理科学研究院特约研究员。
