1999年4月23日.青州市普通镇大薛村发生一起误食亚硝酸盐引起的食物中毒,造成两名女童中毒,其中1人死亡、我们对其进行了调查.当日中午,两名女童仅食用鸡蛋面条,加食盐调味.进食10min后,两人开始呕吐,随后出现昏迷不醒、全身皮肤呈青紫色(口唇指趾尤甚)、四肢发冷、呼吸困难等症状.在送医院途中,较小的1名女童死亡.接到医院报告后,青州市卫生防疫站迅速组织人员赶至医院进行调查,同时采集病人呕吐物,并赶至病人家中,收集病人呕吐物、剩余食物、干面条、食盐,一并送实验室检验.按CB/T 5009.33—1996,检出食盐中亚硝酸盐含量为44%,比食品中亚硝酸盐的限量标准高出万余倍.事后查明,事故原因系女童的父亲误将用作发色剂的亚硝酸盐掺入食盐所致.
