连政办发〔2014〕30号2014年3月6日各县、区人民政府,市各委办局,市各直属单位:《连云港市政府性债务管理暂行办法》已于2014年2月18日经市十三届政府第9次常务会议研究通过,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻实施。连云港市政府性债务管理暂行办法第一章总则第一条为加强政府性债务管理,规范我市政府性债务举借、使用、偿还和担保的行为,防范政府性债务风险,根据国家有关法律法规,结合我市实际,制定本办法。
