用玻璃微电极记录方法在清醒麻痹的家兔上探讨海马对扣带回前部(aCC)痛单位的作用及其可能机制。结果发现,aCC的痛单位占引导神经无数的8.6%;36.3%的痛单位对刺激海马起反应;脑室注射酚妥拉明或氟咙哇醉可阻断刺激海马对aCC痛单位的影响效应。提示:aCC参与痛信息的管理;海马可能调节aCC痛单位的活动;去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺及相应受体可能参与共调制。
Glass microelectrode recording method was used to investigate the effect of hippocampus on pain units of anterior cingulate cataract (aCC) and its possible mechanism in awake paralyzed rabbits. The results showed that, aCC of pain units accounted for 8.6% of leading nerve count; 36.3% of the pain units to stimulate the hippocampal response; intraventricular injection of phentolamine or fluorine regurgitation can block the stimulation of hippocampal aCC pain unit Effect of influence. Tip: aCC involved in the management of pain information; hippocampus may regulate the activity of aCC pain units; norepinephrine, dopamine and the corresponding receptors may participate in the co-modulation.
