患者,女,62岁。因感冒受凉并有咽痛而就诊。诊断为急性上呼吸道感染,给予复方草珊瑚含片2片每2小时含服一次,取药后患者首先含服草珊瑚含片二片,当时未同服其它药物。约二十分钟后患者出现胸闷、气短、呼吸困难、吞咽困难,饮水食道灼痛。查体:胸背及四肢皮肤完好,患者双手撕抓胸部、面容痛苦。体温36.8℃、脉博84次/分、呼吸21次/分,血压120/80mmHg。立即给予静推10％葡萄糖酸钙注射液10ml,静脉点滴10％葡萄糖注射液
