如何因地制宜地建立起与社会主义市场经济体制和农村经济发展水平相适应的农村合作医疗,是摆在各级政府和卫生行政部门面前的一项重要任务。根据一些地方的正反经验,全面推行和发展农村合作医疗应注意以下几个问题:
How to establish a rural cooperative medical system suited to the socialist market economic system and the level of rural economic development according to local conditions is an important task before all levels of government and health administrative departments. According to the positive and negative experiences of some places, the following issues should be paid attention to in full implementation and development of rural cooperative medical care:
