当发生煤与瓦斯突出和冒顶时，及时救人是迫切的大问题。在短时间内快速掘进一条小巷救人是主要任务。顿巴斯煤矿安全科研所的专家们研制成事故救护掘进巷道的综合装置。综合装置能在掘进工作面无人操作掘进水平或倾斜小巷到达冒落区有人的地点。综合装置的技术参数如下：
