蓄热式燃烧技术在提高加热炉的出炉板坯长度方向温度均匀性方面与常规燃烧技术相比具有优势。结合首钢京唐1580热轧300 t/h蓄热式板坯加热炉项目,为提高出炉板坯温度均匀性,在供热方案、烧嘴选型和燃烧控制等几个方面进行分析和研究,确定的优化方案在实际运行中取得了良好的结果,探讨了蓄热式燃烧技术在温度均匀性方面的特点,有助于提高热轧产品质量及蓄热式燃烧技术的推广。
Regenerative combustion technology has advantages over conventional combustion technology in increasing the temperature uniformity of the slab in the furnace. According to the project of 1580 hot rolling 300 t / h regenerative slab heating furnace of Beijing Jingtang 1530 Hot Rolling Plant, in order to improve the temperature uniformity of the slab, the heating scheme, burner selection and combustion control are analyzed and studied. The optimized optimization scheme has achieved good results in actual operation. The characteristics of regenerative combustion technology in temperature uniformity are discussed, which is helpful to improve the quality of hot rolling products and the promotion of regenerative combustion technology.
