我院消化内科自1989年2月至1990年5月对溃疡病、慢性浅表性胃窦炎患者，在胃镜检查确诊后3日内，采用胃必宁（治疗组）及雷尼替丁（对照组）进行双盲、随机对照治疗，共82例，除因药物副作用停药或未做胃镜复查者外，现将资料完整的43例分析如下。
Gastroenterology in our hospital from February 1989 to May 1990 for ulcer disease, chronic superficial gastritis in patients with gastroscopy within 3 days after diagnosis, the use of Weiping Ning (treatment group) and ranitidine (control Group) were double-blind, randomized controlled treatment, a total of 82 cases, except because drug side effects discontinued or without gastroscope review, the data now complete 43 cases are analyzed as follows.
