美国威斯康星大学食品研究所朱繁生教授、加州大学台维斯分校环境毒理系谢显堂教授和麻省理工学院营养和食品科学系主任伍根(Wogan GN)教授应中国医学科学院卫生研究所邀请于1982年10月7~20日在京进行有关霉菌毒素的讲学。参加讲学班的学员有全国部份医学院、校,省(市)卫生防疫站、肿瘤研究所和医科院卫生研究所从事霉菌毒素工作的人员共35人。三位教授都是国际上知名的霉菌毒素专家。在这次讲学中,他们对霉菌毒素的形成条件和控制方法、理化性质、分离和鉴定、测定方法、毒性和致癌性及致癌机制、体内代谢、危险性评价以及食品中的去毒方法等方面进行了系统的讲课。涉及的霉菌毒素,除
Professor Zhu Fan-sheng from the Institute of Food Science, University of Wisconsin, Professor Xie Xian-tang, Department of Environmental Toxicology, University of California, Davis and Professor Wogan GN from MIT’s Department of Nutrition and Food Science were invited by the Institute of Health Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 1982 In October 7 to 20 in Beijing for lectures on mycotoxins. Participants in the lecture class were 35 people working in mycotoxins in some medical schools, health and epidemic prevention stations in schools, provincial (city) institutes, oncology institutes and institutes of health in the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
