六、干扰的抑制和消除火焰光度测定法中的干扰现象虽然较多、较复杂,但是抑制或消除这些干扰的方法也是多种多样的。现特选择一些较普遍采用的方法概述如下: (1)稀释法含有大量干扰物质的试样溶液经过适当的稀释使干扰物的浓度降低至一定范围以内,使干扰免于发生。这种手续较为简单,特别在待测物质的浓度较大时颇为适用,然而,含量较低时会产生可观的误差,故不能普遍采用。但若采用火焰分光光度计时则可增高一部分的准确度,以弥补因稀释所产生的缺点。
VI. Suppression and Elimination of Interferences Although the interference phenomenon in flame photometry is more and more complex, there are many ways to suppress or eliminate these interferences. Now select some of the more commonly used methods are summarized as follows: (1) Dilution method Sample solution containing a large number of interfering substances after appropriate dilution to reduce the concentration of interfering substances within a certain range, the interference from occurring. This procedure is relatively simple, especially when the concentration of the test substance is quite suitable, however, low levels will produce considerable errors, it can not be widely used. However, if the flame spectrophotometer can increase part of the accuracy, to compensate for the shortcomings of dilution.
