目的了解某公司扩建5万t精密铜管项目运行中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施和效果。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验等方法,分析、识别职业病危害因素,并检测其浓度或强度;分析职业病危害因素的危害程度及防护措施的效果。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有铜烟、五氧化二磷、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、抽余油和噪声,除部分岗位的生产性噪声超过国家职业接触限值外,其余各职业病危害因素检测浓(强)度均符合国家职业接触限值。结论此建设项目试运行阶段在正常生产时,已采取的职业病危害防毒设施基本可行,但防噪声设施有待加强。
OBJECTIVE To understand the occupational hazards and the degree of harm existing in the operation of a company’s expansion of a 50,000-ton copper tube project to evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational hazards. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, check list, test and inspection were used to analyze and identify the hazard factors of occupational diseases, and to test their concentrations or intensities. The harm degree of occupational disease hazards and the effect of protective measures were analyzed. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were copper smoke, phosphorus pentoxide, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, raffinate oil and noise. All the occupational diseases except occupational exposure limits of some posts were beyond the national occupational exposure limit The detection of strong (strong) degree of hazardous factors are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion During the trial operation phase of this construction project, the anti-virus facilities for occupational diseases that have been taken during the normal production are basically feasible, but the anti-noise facilities need to be strengthened.
