为了确定SYYG65型水力凿岩机的最佳工作压力,利用自行开发的水力采掘实验系统,以冲击功率、能量利用率及冲击应力波能量分布矩为性能考核指标,对影响水力凿岩机冲击性能的基本液压参数(工作压力和工作流量)及冲击应力波、冲击频率等性能参数进行测定,分析了水力凿岩机冲击器中工作压力对冲击性能之间的关系,表明:SYYG65型水力凿岩机在7.99 MPa~8.95 MPa工作压力下,达到最佳工作状态:冲击器能量利用率达13%以上(最大13.36%),对应的冲击应力波能量分布矩大于0.647,输出冲击功率大于4.22 kw。
In order to determine the optimum working pressure of SYYG65 hydraulic rock drill, the self-developed hydraulic excavation experiment system is used to evaluate the impact energy, energy utilization rate and moment of impact wave energy distribution moment as the performance evaluation index. The basic hydraulic parameters affecting the impact performance of hydraulic rock drill (Working pressure and working flow) and impact stress wave, impact frequency and other performance parameters were measured, and the relationship between working pressure and impact performance of hydraulic rock drill impactor was analyzed. The results show that: SYYG65 hydraulic rock drill work in 7.99 MPa ~ 8.95 MPa Under the pressure, the best working condition is reached: the energy utilization rate of the impactor reaches over 13% (maximum 13.36%), the corresponding impact stress wave energy distribution moment is greater than 0.647 and the output impact power is greater than 4.22 kw.
