建立薄层洗脱方法制备中药及制剂的空白液,考察药典载马钱子、槐米、复方银黄口服液的分光光度测定法,结果表明空白液的干扰占其含量的 16 %以上。建议用分光光度法测定中药及制剂中成分含量时,应考虑被测药本身所含的干扰成分
A thin layer elution method was established to prepare the blanks of traditional Chinese medicines and preparations. Spectrophotometric determinations of pharmacopoeia containing horse chestnut, glutinous rice, and compound Yinhuang oral liquid were investigated. The results showed that the interference of blank liquid accounted for more than 16% of its content. When spectrophotometry is used to determine the content of components in traditional Chinese medicines and preparations, the interference components contained in the test drug itself should be considered.
