目的观察抗动脉粥样硬化复方制剂畅脉舒对高胆固醇喂养家兔肾动脉、髂动脉内皮依赖性舒张的作用。方法实验分为对照组、高胆固醇组、畅脉舒组和去内皮组,比较各组动脉环对去甲肾上腺素、乙酰胆碱及硝普钠的反应。结果高脂组内皮依赖性舒张作用显著降低,畅脉舒组虽低于对照组但显著高于高脂组,正常对照组、高脂组及畅脉舒组对去甲肾上腺素的收缩反应及对硝普钠的舒张反应差异无显著性。肾动脉和髂动脉结果相似。结论畅脉舒对高胆固醇喂养家兔肾动脉、髂动脉的内皮依赖性舒张具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Changmaisu, an anti-atherosclerosis compound, on endothelium-dependent relaxation of renal artery and iliac artery in hypercholesterolemic rabbits. Methods The experiment was divided into control group, high cholesterol group, Changmaishu group and endodermis group. The responses of arterial rings to norepinephrine, acetylcholine and sodium nitroprusside in each group were compared. Results The endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in high-fat group was significantly reduced. Although Changmaishu group was lower than the control group, it was significantly higher than the high-fat group, normal control group, high-fat group and Changmaishu group on norepinephrine contraction There was no significant difference in the diastolic response to sodium nitroprusside. The results of renal and iliac arteries were similar. Conclusion Changmaisu has a protective effect on endothelium-dependent relaxation of renal artery and iliac artery in hypercholesterolemic rabbits.
