江苏省灌云县人民医院骨科主任、名医李兴楼因收受医疗器械代表的回扣款并将回扣款分给科室成员被判刑11年6个月。2015年11月10日,江苏省连云港市中级人民法院二审改判李兴楼有期徒刑2年6个月。李兴楼案能得到改判,二审代理律师武绍智的辩护起到了很大的推动作用,其过程惊心动魄且充满艰辛。《法律与生活》在2015年7月下半月刊中曾登载《江苏名医李兴楼的定罪之争》一文,引发读者关注。李兴楼走出囹圄后,本刊记者电话采访了李兴楼,并邀请武绍智律师详细地记述了其对此案的辩护历程。
