早在1995年,江泽民总书记就提出:领导干部一定要“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”;今年元月11日,他又在省部级干部金融研究班上谆谆告诫全党,要“学习学习再学习,实践实践再实践”。言词之急切,使人感受到了总书记的殷切期望,感受到一种沉甸甸的份量。学习,不能不引起我们各级各类干部,尤其是领导干部的高度重视,我们必须从讲政治的高度来对待理论学习,让党员干部的理论学习在农二师热起来。一、充分认识理论学习的必要性勿庸讳言,在今天,重生产,重效益,忽视理论学习,包括对邓小平理论学习的现象,在一部分单位,一部分人中间还不同程度地存在着。究其原因,不外乎以下三点:一是受“左”的或右的残余思潮的影响,一提学习理论,就认为是“文革”中的政治学习,
