美国次贷危机成为近期全球投资者关注的焦点,虽然目前我国还不具备发生次贷危机的条件,但这场风波仍为我们敲响了居安思危的警钟。本文分析了美国次贷危机的基本情况,提出了我国商业银行住房贷款业务防范风险的建议。
The subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has become the focus of recent global investors’ attention. Although China still does not have the conditions for a subprime mortgage crisis, the storm is still a wake-up call for us. This article analyzes the basic situation of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent the risk of the commercial bank’s housing loan business.
