进入今年以来,伴随我国经济的快速增长,我们遇到了两大难题,经济学界称为“虚”、“实”两种症侯并发: 一方面是通货膨胀的压力很大。会不会有这种危险,即在今年某些时候,通货膨胀率变得很高,使我们的经济改革不得不放慢,经济发生波动。另一方面,就是有相当数量的国有企业资金紧张,经营非常困难。怎么解决这两个问题,很伤脑筋,很多经济学家在苦心焦思,提出了不同的解决办法。
Since the beginning of this year, with the rapid economic growth in our country, we have encountered two major problems. Economists have called both the “virtual” and “real” complications: on the one hand, there is a lot of pressure on inflation. Is there any danger that at some time this year, the rate of inflation will become so high that our economic reforms will have to slow down and the economy fluctuate. On the other hand, there is a considerable amount of state-owned enterprises that are in financial difficulties and operating very difficultly. How to solve these two problems is very troublesome. Many economists are anxiously thinking and come up with different solutions.
