劳顾问:我是居住在粤北山区的一名广东省属企业退休职工。退休后,我享受的养老金待遇主要由社保工资和企业补差两部分组成。根据国家政策,我也享受每年的社保加薪。但是,社保工资加薪后,企业补贴工资也相应地核减所加金额。如我原来的社保工资是814.85元,企业补差是30.19元。2001年社保加薪31.44元,企业补差就没有了。请问劳顾问,我所在的省属企业的这种行为有何根据,盼予答复。粤北山区某退休工
