以长江下游夏大豆地方品种群体为基础,对蛋白质含量、油分含量和产量的单一和多目标性状的非限制性和限制性选择指数进行了研究。结果表明:指数选择具有比直接选择稍高的效率;若旨在提高产量,其选择指数以多目标性状优于单一目标性状;若旨在提高蛋白质含量,则以单一目标性状选择指数为宜。限制蛋白质含量不变,对产量以及对蛋白质、油分、产量三者的选择指数,可以控制蛋白质含量下降。限制油分不变,对蛋白质含量的选择指数则可以控制油分含量的下降。此种限制性选择指数的选择效率略低于非限制性选择指数的效率。
Based on the local population of summer soybean in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the unrestricted and restricted selection indices of single and multi-target traits of protein content, oil content and yield were studied. The results showed that the index selection had a slightly higher efficiency than the direct selection. If the aim was to increase the yield, the selection index was better than the single target trait in multi-target traits. If the aim was to increase the protein content, the single target trait selection index was appropriate. Limit the protein content unchanged, on the yield and the selection index of the three proteins, oil, yield, can control the protein content decreased. Limit the oil unchanged, the selection of protein content index can control the decline in oil content. The selection efficiency of such a restricted selection index is slightly lower than the efficiency of a non-limiting selection index.
