某氧化铝厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的识别某氧化铝建设项目工作场所产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价其职业病危害防护措施及其运行效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的特殊要求。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,采用检查表分析法进行评价。结果对该项目工作场所存在的8项化学有害因素和2项粉尘进行了检测,共检测165个点,合格率为100%;29个产生稳态噪声的工作场所进行了噪声强度的测量,并计算工种的8 h等效声级,结果 2个工种的8 h等效声级超过85 d B(A),合格率93%。结论该项目风险分类为职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强工作场所职业病防护设施的维护和检修、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理,提高劳动者的自我防护意识。 OBJECTIVE To identify the occupational hazard factors in the workplace of an alumina construction project, analyze the degree of harm and the impact on labors’ health, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their operational effects, and propose the special control points for occupational hazards and the special requirements for protection . Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and other methods were used to collect data and data, combined with occupational disease prevention facilities, personal occupational disease protection level and quantitative grading results, the use of checklist analysis method for evaluation. Results Eight chemical hazards and two dusts were detected in the workplace. A total of 165 points were detected with a pass rate of 100%. Twenty-nine workplaces producing steady-state noise were measured for noise intensity. The equivalent 8 h sound level was calculated. As a result, the 8 h equivalent sound level of 2 types of work exceeded 85 d B (A) with a pass rate of 93%. Conclusion The risk of the project is classified as construction projects with serious occupational hazards. Maintenance and overhauls of occupational disease protection facilities in the workplace, occupational health monitoring and occupational health management should be strengthened to raise awareness of self-protection among workers.
