对50例川崎病急性期血清过氧化脂质(LPO)进行了测定,对其中30例兼测红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,对28例进行治疗后血清LPO的复测。结果表明,急性期血清LPO水平显著高于对照组,SOD活性显著低于对照组,经治疗后,血清LPO水平明显降低。提示自由基脂质过氧化反应在川崎病的发病机理中起一定作用。
50 cases of Kawasaki disease in acute serum lipid peroxide (LPO) was measured in 30 cases of both red blood cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, after treatment of 28 cases of serum LPO retest. The results showed that serum LPO level in acute phase was significantly higher than that in control group, and SOD activity was significantly lower than that in control group. After treatment, serum LPO level was significantly lower. Tip free radical lipid peroxidation in Kawasaki disease pathogenesis play a role.
