In the process of mine equipment maintenance, some comrades did not abide by the technical rules of equipment maintenance and the basic principles of mechanical design and arbitrarily changed the structure of the parts; while others comrades rigidly used the knowledge in the teaching materials and could not creatively carry out their work.
